WordPress optimization plugins?

Good afternoon, on the wordpress site I use 3 optimization plugins at once (smush, wp fastet cache, autotoptimize) such a warning pops up, can I leave it like this or do I need to delete some?

Leave some one image optimization plugin. The rest, either remove or disable the optimization feature, such as in autoptimize.
Let's go in order:
1. smush is an image optimization plugin. It doesn't have any other features as far as I know. So you can leave it to optimize the site images, if it suits you.
2. wp fastet cache - makes caching on the site. The function is required. I understand that in parallel it also optimizes images. Hence, in its settings, disable image optimization. Leave the plugin.
3. autoptimize - optimizes site speed. Works for google pagespeed metrics. A controversial plugin, but if you like it, then leave it. It's the same here. Turn off image optimization in its settings. Leave the plugin.

use one
