Drives connected to ESXi via LSI 9260-8i constantly fall off, what's the problem, how to diagnose?

The screenshot shows what happens right during the operation of the hypervisor:

I reinstalled ESXi, tried 6.5 and 6.7, nothing changes.
I also replaced the miniSAS-SATA cables, it did not help.

What could be the problem? How to diagnose it?
Can I update the firmware for LSI? What do you recommend and where to get it?

Did the problem start right away or did it work before?
I had a similar problem when the disks fell off the controller. On a small load, everything is OK, when there were a lot of read / write operations, the problem appeared. Solved the problem by replacing it with another LSI model
