Drag&Drop doesn't work, but shared text clipboard works. What's the matter?

Everything is bidirectional.
However, nothing wants to be dragged either there or from there.
Main Windows 8.1, guest - Ubuntu.

Well, this is Linux and Windows especially files and should not be dragged back and forth
