download manager for tor

There is an onion site, there are the necessary files that do not weigh that much, from 5 to 70 mb, but even with such a small size, given the download speed of 1-4 kb / s, downloading them is just flour, everything would be nothing if the downloads didn’t freeze and didn’t have to download everything over again :(
Perhaps there is some kind of download manager for the tor network? Or is there some way to download files faster or more stable but at a slower speed?
