Recommend tablet for windows 8

What are the requirements:

1. A full-fledged windows 8, so that you can run, in particular, programs on .net (those that are under the usual Windows)
2. Ease of reading books and browsing the Internet
3. Ease of transfer (so that you can carry it with you every day on the subway)
4 The keyboard, as I understand it, is a useful thing, can you buy it for any tablet on win8?
5. It needs to hold a charge during the subway trip from home to work and a little more (i.e. 3 hours of reading / listening to music / watching videos)
6. So that it is not quite an exotic model and it can be I would like to test WinRT applications if I suddenly want to start developing them
7. The presence of good 3g and wi-fi (I use 3g on the blue metro line, purple and green, on blue my phone normally catches on the section from Schelkovskaya to Semenovskaya approximately, then the Internet almost does not work)

And what can I say about tablets on Androyd and iPad? They greatly outperform win8 tablets (at the same price, i.e. 20-30k)

I bought an Acer iconia w511 with a dock. I am very satisfied, there is 3g, and it works where my phone (HD2 on WinPhone) completely refuses to open pages. It works up to 9 hours without recharging, and with the dock it’s generally 18. At first, I was worried about performance, all the same, atom and 2gb, on my home computer i7, 16gb + SSD, and sometimes there are lags, but no, everything works fine. True, apart from the browser and standard applications, I didn’t launch anything special, I didn’t install Photoshop and the studio :) But in general, it’s ok, it starts and turns off very quickly. As for applications, there are not many of them in the Russian market, of course, but all the main ones are there, and it’s a sin to complain about applications, right there all the native applications of the 8th vend work. iOS and Android users have long dreamed of heroes on a tablet, and on mine you can run heroes and space rangers and civilization and a bunch of other well-known games that are great for tablets. With a flick of the wrist, my tablet turns into a netbook with a touchscreen, you can fully work, like with a regular laptop. There are ports for USB, miniUSB, various memory cards. Those. I can go somewhere, connect the camera to the tablet, throw pictures there and put them on Facebook. In general, I recommend it to everyone. One upsets, I got a tablet with a broken pixel, not very noticeable, but still unpleasant, maybe I'll go change it. upload pics and post them on fb. In general, I recommend it to everyone. Wait for the official release of 8.1, there are not many left, and there should be more models and interesting options with its release.
If NOT RT version, then all normal software will work. at least Net, at least VirtualBox with DOS toys, at least the Hyper-V feature (there are nuances) and Visual Studio to boot

MS Surface Pro 2. A very cool thing, although you can’t officially buy it, but there are gray supplies.
