Is there an android browser with auto page refresh?

Such a task: It is
necessary to wind up the time online on some site. Time is counted for simple page transitions. Simple surfing from page to page. (You can even stupidly go through 2 pages)
Through a PC, for example, you can wind up the time by putting 2-3 tabs on auto-update with an interval of ~ 15 seconds.
How can I implement cheating through android? There is not always access to a PC, and it is not always turned on, and the time will have to wind up as much as 100 hours.
Internet on android is always there.
Don't suggest Dolphin Browser, it doesn't auto-update in the background or when the screen is not on.

Answer found!
App "D Refresh" from Google Play!
With the help of the application "app cloner" I make 3 copies of "D Refresh", and each copy is like a separate tab)
Works great in the background, 6 out of 8 hours were wound up overnight ^^

I doubt browsers are usually designed to run in the background. This most likely requires its own solution, it should not be too difficult to implement, only an Android developer is needed.
