How to cut windows components?

Finding functional assemblies of windows 10 less than 1 GB online, I want to learn how to cut windows components to create my own assembly. However, almost all guides recommend wintoolkit and ntlite, which is not enough to create a build of 500mb :)
I want to start, for example, by cutting out the windows defender - how to do this?

After playing a bit with the original ltsc image, I noticed some interesting Microsoft drivers:
Windows License Manager Service/Windows Update/and a bunch of other stuff. How, in fact, to cut out the driver data?

There are forums of a similar thematic focus where this is discussed, for example, UsbTor .

Making a custom assembly for 1GB and cutting out only the defender are two different tasks and they have radically different solutions.
Using ntlite, you can assemble your own installation disk, into which you can integrate drivers and updates, additional applications, disable services, of your choice, incl. protector, and much more.
ps Custom builds have one main drawback that prevents them from being used on a permanent basis as the main system - with the next update, telemetry, metro applications, and one-drive with Skype, etc. will return to the system, and sometimes everything returns gradually, which then immediately, but something is waiting for a major update.
And without updates, the system is now a ticking time bomb.
