FAT32 or NTFS?

There is a laptop, Windows 7 Ultimate (32-bit), RAM 2.5 GB. It turned out that partition C is formatted in NTFS, and partition D is FAT32. What do you think, is it also in NTFS? In general, there are no failures on the computer. Slows down. But just FAT32 seems to be considered a little faster in operation. So if you change it, it can become even slower.

@kozavr

only ntfs. Fat32 is the risk of losing data. no speed increase

the master is a master, but a fat 32 file can be up to 4 GB, and the difference will not be noticeable when working on a laptop, start cmd CONVERT d: / FS: NTFS

Ntfs. As already mentioned above. The increase is not obvious. But working with files larger than 4 GB is a priority for railway.
