It took to register a domain (.rf)
during the registration process, nic.ru gave out that the domain was already registered ... whois shows the following question itself ... who should I contact now? to nic.ru or to elvis-telecom?

To no one. because your appeal will not help you in any way. Domain delegation period until re-registration is one year, so look for a better name

it looks like a wiring, they announced a pre-order and everything that was thrown off to them was registered on themselves
