Does Toaster have any future plans from this list?

Good day colleagues! I would like to ask if any of this is in Toaster's plans and what do you (personally) think about it
: show them under no circumstances (until the user edits his "BlackList").
I think the functionality is extremely useful both for the authors of questions and for those who answer these questions. Despite the fact that many of us are quite good at at least one common language (Russian), not everyone is always able to understand each other, even speaking the same language. A similar filter will save the authors of questions from the need to "listen" to those whom he does not understand, and the answerer from wasting his time on the author of the question, who a priori is not able to understand him.
2. Some [additional] filter that allows you to display the questions of authors with a certain contribution, for example, from 10 and above. In combination with the previous function - it would be just perfect. But, even by itself, in my opinion, such a filter would give much more motivation to the authors of the answers, and for those who like to produce new accounts, it would be an additional deterrent.

At the moment, none of the listed functions has been considered by us and will not be in the near future.
1. I personally do not consider a blacklist necessary. Questions can simply not be read. If you meant a ban on responses for a user from the black list, then this is a slightly different functionality, however, I also consider it superfluous. If the discussion between users goes beyond the bounds of decency, the moderators will deal with this and someone will receive a well-deserved ban.
2. The filter by contribution looks like an attempt at "class segregation". Still, Toaster is a Q&A service where everyone has the right to ask a question, even people who have just started their journey in IT.

Similar functionality is available in the Toster Comfort extension.
There you can create different filters for questions.
Although there is no blacklist in its pure form, you can create a filter to hide the question by the author's nickname.
If you look, then the feedback on the functionality of the extension will not be superfluous. :)
