Does the video card affect the speed of visual studio?

Will the speed of work in VS on a laptop with a built-in video card and on a laptop with a built-in + discrete graphics card be different?

VS has hardware acceleration for rendering something. In fact, I don’t feel the difference, but I have a powerful computer.
Tools / Options / General > Visual Experience
here you can switch and compare if you have a difference.
But the speed of disks, memory and processor will affect more, I think.

Let's just say WPF uses Direct2D hardware acceleration. But at the same time, VS itself is a monstrous mixture of WPF and WinForms. At the same time, the most budget / built-in videos can Direct2D. So there won't be any difference.
