What is the best way to position the AIO heatsink with fans in my case?

Decided to build a new PC from scratch by selling my old one. I took the Phanteks P400S case AND Corsair's AIO dropsy. There are 2 120mm fans pre-installed in the case, which I will place: one at the back, the other at the top. For dropsy there is a possibility only the front side. Since this is in front, I will naturally set the air direction to blow into the case, but here is the question itself: - should the fans be placed to the left of the radiator or to the right? The picture will show it best. - well, a secondary question, is it still worth buying 1 valve in order to put it on the bottom of the radiator for additional blowing and (as I read) adequate pressure inside the case? (But this is a secondary question, the main thing is what is in the picture)
