What should I consider when upgrading from i7-3770k to Ryzen?

Good evening. I want to gradually upgrade my PC, now from the config I can name i7-3770k, GTX 1060 3GB, Crucial 8x2 16GB RAM, non-water cooling, CPU tower, one cooler under the PSU from below, one in front and one in the back.
I want to switch to Ryzen, I heard they show themselves well in terms of price / performance ratio. A PC is needed for programming, sometimes for medium games (so no need for a premium graphics card).
I really don’t know which one to choose, I thought about the 5 3600X, but I don’t understand well. Please help me with the choice and in what sequence can I replace the components, if it is possible not to buy everything at once?

It will be necessary to take into account that you will have to immediately buy a processor, motherboard and memory (ddr4).
Maybe a cooler if yours doesn't support am4.
"Don't buy everything at once" will not work.
Well, memory, I advise you to take from qvl.

It is necessary to take into account the fact that in Ryzen there is an integrated video card Vega 11.
A very nice solution for a reasonable price. Works great on 10.

Gradually it will not work out, mother, percent, memory and cooler will need new ones.
That is, almost completely replace the PC will have.
