There is an MSI GTX 950 GAMING 2G video card. What processor, RAM and motherboard to take?

There is an MSI GTX 950 GAMING 2G video card, a couple of hard drives, one HDD, another SSD, and a standard 1920x1080 monitor. Before a full-fledged computer, there is not enough processor, motherboard and RAM (and case, but there are unlikely to be problems). What to choose, what are the options? A computer is needed for games. I am in Israel, most likely I will buy / order from a local store.
UPD: Now the plan is this:
1) I take a motherboard based on any chipset from the list of Intel H310, Intel H370, Intel B360, Intel Q360, Intel Q370, Intel Z390, to it RAM and an intel Core i5 8400 processor, or a junior processor of the ninth series.
3) In a year, the tenth series of intel processors will be released on the 10 nm process technology. I'm upgrading my processor and video card. The motherboard does not need to be changed, since the Z390 will support cannon lake.
That's right, there are no pitfalls?
Also, what are the alternatives if, for example, look towards AMD?

Take
1). Intel Core i5 8400( If you have good tolerance, you can wait for 9 series). You can also watch i3 8 series as your budget allows.
2) Any mother for a processor socket (Socket - LGA 1151 v2, if the processor is Intel 8 series). Choose which one you need according to all your criteria (for different connectors (SATA, M.2, number of memory slots, number of PCI-E, USB, etc.)). Personally, I usually look at Motherboards from GIGABYTE and Asus.
3) 8 GB of RAM should be enough.
Also do not forget to buy thermal paste and good cooling for the processor)

Let's just say, if you have plans to assemble a computer for these components and then not update it, then you can at least take a new Pentium - the video card is still not very powerful, and a powerful modern processor can be idle in games.
