Does the standard describe the permissible deviation of the RS-232 frequency from the “nominal” one?

Actually, does the standard allow a deviation of the frequency from the "nominal" one (well, for example, the so common 115200)?

Just the other day I read it, but I don’t remember where, maybe in the wiki. It seems that the duration of the bits can deviate by 1.5%, sort of.
