By what principle MK sends and receives a signal?

Good morning everyone, I apologize for the rock art, but
tell me, please, on what principle does the remote transmission from MK to MK work?
In different schemes, I saw that a plus enters the antenna, but there is no minus. (i.e. it is not clear how the voltage will get on it in this way).
So, how to send a signal to it from the MK so that the MK, which worked at the same frequency (conditionally 1 MHz), could receive a simple signal?

If you knew the basics of radio transmission, then you would know that electromagnetic waves have neither plus nor minus. You would also know that it is impossible to connect the antenna directly to the MK, a transceiver is required, for example, such or such . There are MKs with built-in transmitters, for example, this
