Does the scanner not correctly scan the data matrix code when connected via RDP?

Hello! There is a computer which is connected on RPD. Faced such a problem, I can’t match the brand with the nomenclature, because the marking code is not correctly scanned on RDP. Those. he scanned part of the characters as if the shift key was pressed. I checked it on the site of an honest sign and it also scans incorrectly there (opened the browser on RDP), but when I checked the scanner on a local computer and in a notepad, and in a browser, it scans the data matrix normally. GlobalPos Scanner60dd4cc70081d487515387.jpegafter we made this setting (when connecting via RDP, we chose to use the keyboard shortcut on the remote computer), the scanner began to scan better, but in 1s it still scanned with an error. Those. he started to crawl through time. As it turned out, he scanned the data matrix (marking code) in parts, first scanning half of the code then the other. Switch to the mode of connecting the scanner through the com port. With gs1 there is such a problem with keyboard scanners.
