Does the salary depend on the language and platform?

let's say there are three specialists:
one in the field of .NET,
the second PHP , the
third JAVA
, they all work equally well, grow to seniors then to team leads, etc.
successfully launch projects, have an area of responsibility,
but they earn different money just because one is JAVA and others are not
, is there such a dependence Or is it a myth and does it depend on the country/company/product?
PS. the question arose because from time to time I have a thought to slowly move into a more promising technology from the world of PHP. in general, I started with .NET, but I still have some antipathy towards this platform, or maybe I screwed it up myself.
Even now I watch a video and hear the phrase "php programmers traditionally get less"

Who is cooler - a karateka, a kung fuist or a kickboxer, if they have the same skills?
The correct answer is: there is no such thing in life that they are equal in skills. Therefore, it is not style that will win, but experience and a bit of chance.
1. Salary does not depend on the programming language, but on the place of employment.
2. The place of employment depends on the skills, experience + actual efforts spent on employment (in different cities there are different opportunities).
3. Skill and experience depend both on the person and on the environment that promotes or, on the contrary, hinders learning.
PS In fact, the salaries of good specialists in different languages may differ, but quite insignificantly. After a certain level, it is no longer a figure that is more important, but comfort, family, and hobbies. Do not chase after an extra penny - you need to work in order to live, and not live in order to work.

For specific people, differences can be two or more times
On average, there are no differences
Look for statistics and look by country

Probably the company has more orders for Java than for other languages.
Therefore, they have more bonuses, because. more work, right?

There is. It all depends on the person.
BUT the smaller the ratio of "demand for the language" / "knowing the language" the less ZP.

Does the salary depend on the language and platform?

Depends. As well as from the place of work, as well as from other things.
To deny this, saying that everything depends on the person, in my opinion, is simply stupid.

yes , everyone gets nonsense about the same
here, there is a direct dependence on projects, the more complex and difficult the project, the more money,
and the language is a secondary matter

There is a dependency.
But it's not explicit. Depends on a bunch of factors.
Therefore, it cannot be said that PHP always gets less than Java.
Another thing is that PHP has a low entry threshold and a high demand for shitty sites,
which creates huge competition for "food" among beginners.
If in 10 years you are still starting, then everything will also be missed for food.
But you are to blame, not the language.
Complex systems are written in PHP, and for a large salary - Facebook, Vkontakte.
That is, this is just the average temperature in the hospital, which is less in PHP.
Those who get more in other languages - and work with more time-consuming tasks.
