Does the color scheme change when the charger is turned off?

When I turn off the charging, the screen gamma changes, everything becomes oversaturated, I'm NOT talking about brightness. I climbed all the settings, set all the items with energy saving when on battery power to maximum performance. I tried to google it, it only gave out about changing the brightness, but for me it remains the same.
