Does rewriting violate Habr's rules?

The rules say:

you should not copy-paste on "Habr" texts that were previously published on other resources
But there is no clarification about rewrites. I would like to hear the official position of the administration. (And also see it in the revised rules.)
PS An example of an easy rewrite ( original ).

Rewriting does not violate the rules of Habr and Giktimes, but only if it is a rewrite, and not replacing "Hello Habr" with "Good day, Habr" (as an example). In any case, the material must be unique. Under the link an example of a rewrite "on a C grade".
