What happens to a user's karma if they are banned from read-only for some wrongdoing, and then they receive a message (either from another user or via a sandbox post)? Karma is restored to its previous value or reset? In other words, a read-only ban is one of the following:
a) a ban on comments until the next post + permission to post with any karma value?
b) an additional means of resetting karma?
