Does PS have intermediate object creation?

In general, illustrator has a function for creating intermediate objects (Object - Transition). Reminds me of in-between frames in a timeline.
So, is there such a feature in Photoshop? Or do you have to work manually.

It is possible to create directly intermediate frames in the timeline. But it does not do the transformation of objects.
Or did you mean them in the example? (Tween, third button from the end)
