Does OSMP have an interface for receiving payments?

Good afternoon,
The crux of the matter is this, I have a client who receives payments through the "United System of Instant Payments" (OSMP, QIWI).
Upon request, a report in Excel is available to him. Parsing a file is not convenient, and forces you to keep an MS Office operator at the workplace.
So, does OSMP (QIWI) have an interface that will allow you to directly collect payment reports. e.g. in XML or JSON
