I dug through the entire Internet and did not find a single example of how to create a chat for a telegram in C #. If anyone knows how to write it, please tell me at least in any programming language. I didn't understand the library itself.

Unfortunately, today the telegram has only api for the bot and for the client. That is, it is not possible to create a chat through api, but you can write a bot from crutches that can create chats.
