How to view Followed by and Followers using Instagram API?

Hello!
Created an App on Instagram, successfully received an ACCESS_TOKEN I
got my ID via the API and decided to look at the list of my subscriptions and my Instagram followers.
In response, I get empty data. Why is this? Has anyone encountered this problem?

I would be very grateful for your advice!

With the official API, you won't be able to do this until your app has been moderated. Dig towards Private API.
