Does not work does not open hostinger?

created hosting, here the domain tig.esy.es does not work, does not open!!! 20 minutes since I created it !!!
I have an html site, I created a zip file and uploaded it to the hosting through importing the site
, did I do it right or not? help if not difficult!

I followed your link and everything works. But, by the way, hostinger regularly has various failures (at least for free accounts), so if you have problems, write to their technical support or just wait until everything works
