Does matrix burn-in depend on the type of backlight or matrix type, or brightness?

In the reviews for the TN monitor, I read that it burns out over time like all TN. It became interesting to me, but what type of backlight and brightness affects this, for example, a 400 cd / m2 matrix will burn out faster than 350 cd / m2, or are all TNs like that, and how are IPS doing with burn-in?

I have never heard of TN burn-in, nor have I seen it.
Here OLEDs definitely burn out, but it just depends on the static picture.

and how is IPS doing with burn-in?

Haven't seen any signs of burn-in on my monitors in 6 years.
Although I came across a post 13 years ago, where they say that TN and IPS burn out from a static picture.
And IPS is worse than TN. But both are reversible.

But here they say the opposite, that the LCD does not burn out:

But that there is a memory effect when one picture hangs for several days in a row, but this is reversible.

I have two old men 20 ". They are already 8-10 years old. Of the changes noticed, these are slightly tired backlights. I threw on the brightness. Although even now they are not fried to the fullest.
