Does live chat help increase conversions, or does it make sense to add it?

Naturally, the site will have a phone number, but is it worth doing online user support and a callback button?

Hello!
We put a chat on the website of a smartphone repair company. The result was a pleasant surprise - people actively use it. However, after some time, the "proactive invitation" option was turned off - this is when the chat window pops up on its own and "gets the user" - the number of calls through the chat decreased, but the negative also disappeared. So the answer to the question "does it help" is definitely "YES", but it's worth experimenting with the settings.

Man is a lazy creature. Most of the inhabitants of the Internet do not like to print. Isn't it easier to put call.com? Or dilute the kalbakhunter. I can give an affiliate on call.com. 1000 r will be on the account
