Anril. Any niche requires a dozen tests of different traffic sources to find one that brings in money.
Based on my experience, I can suggest 2 directions for the first tests: targeted advertising for TA1 - unemployed women with a husband with an above average income (of course, TA needs to be further detailed and carefully selected) and for TA2 - interior designers, but you full of guesses =)
