How to create a list of IT company services?

Friends, the question arose that we need to somehow move on, develop and everything like that. It has been working on the market for more than a day, but everything is somehow at the level of word of mouth, that is, mainly due to personal connections and contacts.
We are not in poverty at all, but we do not have "stability" either.
The main direction of our company is hosting, servers and system integration, some enterprise solutions for Oracle (mainly implementation and administration), we also have our own small tele-house in Moscow. We deliberately do not go public with these services, since there is a lot of competition here, and we provide, for example, hosting, servers and virtual machines only for projects that we ourselves have worked out and are running at full cycle. All solutions, projects, configurations, etc. are not standard, and it is simply not possible to enter the mass market with them, and it will simply not be interesting for a mass user / client, and sometimes, to be honest, expensive.
After scratching our heads, my colleagues and I came to the conclusion that we need a seller who will provide us with a stable flow of projects and orders ... A seller of what? This is where we reached a dead end ... The funny thing is that we could not formulate even for ourselves what we are doing. It seems to be many, there are skills, and certificates, and completed projects, and clients who have been cooperating with us for more than a year ... And to put it all together, and roll out, for example, some kind of case or product, not it turns out.
And here the question arose, what to do next? Perhaps at this stage we do not need a seller? Who? Marketer? The difficulty is also that since we don’t have cases or products, we don’t have a website (or rather, we have it, but it’s UG), so we can’t attract an audience to it.
Perhaps our thoughts are moving in the wrong direction, so we ask for advice on where to look, what kind of person to look for. To understand the scale of the disaster, imagine an office consisting of IT specialists, with an IT director and an accountant, who in the aggregate are not bad guys and great specialists who can do a lot, except sales :)

Exactly.
You don't have to roll everything out. Choose some "standard" job that you can and want to work and start trading it.
Then you will see if you need it.

If you really want to enter the mass market, then come up with a service / product for it. And under it, hire a product manager / project manager to coordinate actions and monitor implementation (which includes hiring other specialists)

And if you search the Internet in search of similar offices? Not completely identical, but similar? If you find it, get food for thought and analysis, can you borrow their approach to organizing work, etc.? Well, you can also look for a professional salesperson from this area. In addition to the sales itself, an experienced salesperson will give you enough specific information to help you move forward.
