Does ITSM outside of IT really work?
It is often said that ITSM processes can be scaled across the entire organization. For example, to process applications in AHO, HR, etc. Are there examples in Russia where it was possible to do this? I heard at one conference that they did this in Miratorg, but I would like to know more about successful cases.

ITSM is ISO 20000, which in turn is based on ISO 9000, which in turn is just a set of best practices for product management. Any department in a company can be represented as a micro company that provides products (services, goods).
I saw 3 companies that did it. Tried in IT, and then replicated to other departments.
Moreover, using simple and modern software such as OmniDesk, ZenDesk or Kayako.
