How to write a business plan for a startup?

Greetings.
I roughly understand how a business plan of a classical model is made up. But how do you write a business plan for an enterprise with an unsustainable/new/untested business model?
Many investors want to hear base numbers from an entrepreneur. For example, the size of the market. Target audience. There is such a startup - a subscription to socks. You set a schedule and they send you socks twice a month. So - is it really possible to say that the target audience of this startup is all people who wear socks? And the size of the market - hundreds of millions that are in the market for the sale of socks?
The essence of my question is whether it is possible to calculate what can be calculated in a classic business plan, but for a startup? How does business planning work for a startup?

Make an MVP. If you are into startups, you should know what it is. The purpose of its creation is to test the hypothesis that someone needs such a service. Done - launched - evaluated the result - made conclusions.

Your target audience is not those who wear socks, but those who will order these socks from you, go to your website and place an order and schedule. You see the target audience of the pizzeria is not all the people who eat and love pizza, but those people who will go to your pizzeria and buy exactly your pizza. The same goes for market size.

A very interesting, good question, I think everything happens here using the example of possible competitors, you look at people who do something identical to your project and draw the appropriate conclusions...

Initially, you need to create a product with minimal functionality and monitor the market reaction. Further develop those areas that are most in demand by users. A step-by-step business plan can be created using the business plan guide https://planbusiness.pro/
