Does it make sense to take a Macbook Pro 13-inch in the minimum configuration?

Good day and good weekend everyone. There was a question before choosing a working machine. You need portability, a high-quality screen for photo and video editing, coding (web development), well, editing in 4K.
Can you please tell me if it suits my needs?
