Oh, they made me laugh .... as far as I remember, everyone buries java, c# was almost considered stillborn ......
For the first language, I think java or c# is optimal, they have the most classic oop, moreover, you don’t need to consider learning programming as learning a language ─ languages develop, new ones appear depending on different circumstances, they have to be changed
Learn patterns, technologies ....
At your level, start with syntax, OOP and data structures, then disassemble the database and then you will understand where you want to go

A good specialist can earn good money. It does not depend on the language.
Choose what you like (read, think about the scope of the language, try to write simple utilities in one language or another) and learn.
Of the things you listed, everything except, perhaps, pure C is quite in demand. You can also add Python to the list, perhaps.
Regarding the prospects: C ++, Java, C # in the next N years will live and prosper absolutely for sure. Ruby, Python and PHP are not going anywhere either, the demand for each of them periodically decreases and jumps based on trends (for example, the “Push the rails wherever you can” trend has already subsided, and some time ago all startups sawed their projects on rails, because it is stylish-fashionable-youth). Nevertheless, there is still enough demand for them.
PHP, perhaps, is worth learning in conjunction with the frontend - JS and CSS.
Well, everything else is the same as always.
Classic advice for beginners:
If you know what you want (area \ task pool) - choose the optimal language for and learn it.
If you don't know/don't care, start with Python, it's simple and concise, with a ton of libraries. Great for getting started and solving applied problems. In general, there is enough demand for python \ django.
Well, keep in mind that the experience of solving problems in general is important, read the application of paradigms and development patterns. Language is the tenth thing.

There is no need to consider specific languages, now universal specialists are more in demand, ideally you need to know 2-3 languages, it is best to consider C # and Java IMHO, because the languages are related in syntax and structure, Java will not just leave the stage, C # in the light of recent events, although it has a chance to come to the fore, still does not cancel the knowledge of Java, because. after learning Java, mastering C# will not be a problem.
