Does it make sense to organize co-working for CEA developers?

It so happened that our company owns a building in Vitebsk, 250 square meters. Without finishing. Idle. At the same time, we ourselves do not visit Vitebsk, I broke my head on the topic of its use.

One could think about opening a co-working, but the cable is not suitable there, fast Internet will not work.
I thought - why not make a co-working center for REA developers? Provide oscilloscopes, soldering stations, computers, programmers for use.

There are many incomprehensible moments, of course - ensuring the safety of expensive equipment, as well as the intimate relationship of REA developers to their own instrument (not to give it to anyone).

Pros: Cheap accommodation in Vitebsk, communication with colleagues, the presence of a certain warehouse of components
for layout. Possibility of organizing paid training courses (Radio Circle v.2.0).

What if someone sees the point or advises improvements to the idea?

It is co-working that hardly makes sense. Those who do this have the necessary equipment. If someone still needs equipment, then most likely it costs a lot of money and there are already companies that rent it out with home delivery. Your initial thought is only suitable for beginner radio amateurs, those who want to communicate and gain experience. Therefore, the idea of a radio club, it seems to me, is more rational, now there are not very many such events. If you choose a mug, then we can send you such interface converters at an agreed price.
