Freelance CMS

Looking for a CMS (multiple products) for a freelancer. (What is it on .NET - I don’t believe it anymore)
Basic things:
- blog;
- publication of articles;
- project management (setting tasks, discussion, time tracking - similar to TimLab);
— bugtracker;
— forum;
- multilingual (articles, blog entries - can be translated and a convenient option is available to the user);

And of course, it's free. (Paid option under consideration)

There are a lot of implementations of forums, team labs, bugtracks in all popular free CMS. It all depends on your desire to understand or existing knowledge ...
Personally for myself, I would write with pens. And then this experience would be useful in my projects ... It's better than sailing on a ship when you don't know if it's made of ice or iron, and wait for it to sink.

If you have your own root server and don’t mind $20, then it makes sense to look towards JIRA
JIRA - bugtracker, Confluence project management
- blog, article publication, etc.
Well, and a bunch of other stuff.
This is a very powerful product, in fact - the industry standard.
PS. There was a good article on Habré
