Does connecting a widescreen monitor to Mac Mini 2012 work?

I have a Mac mini late 2012
I want to buy an LG 29UM65-P or AOC q2963Pm monitor.
Faced with the fact that, perhaps, there will be no support for the required resolution.
Has anyone experienced this?

Should work fine via DP, 2560x1080 resolution is standard for iMac 27, I don't think there will be problems on the mini.

if the machine does not allow you to set permission, look in my post, I was just asking how it is treated. In the monitor settings, hold down alt and click on the resolution selection, all possible options come out.
