Does anyone use time sharing?

I work at home. I would like to try two parts. From 8 to 12, from 18 to 22. And use the time from 12 to 18 for personal needs (it is possible to allocate an hour from this time for urgent tasks at work). If anyone has done this before, please share your experience. I also want to hear just your opinion, for and against such a regime.

I work somewhere like this, only in the mode of 11-15, and then from 21 to the stop (the stop is deep after midnight). Well - a normal schedule, I never considered it some kind of "special regime". In general, I came to the conclusion that it is necessary to take into account not the hours worked, but the tasks completed, and not just a list of anything, but arranged by priority. Everything else is from the evil one.

I use two hours and an hour break, i.e. 8-10, 11-13, etc. It's just that if I sit for more than two hours, I lose concentration. I don't work after 20

From 10:30 to 11 - I answer clients, looking for new projects on the exchange
From 11 to 13 - learning something new: I improve English, I sit at codeschool, lynda.com, etc. For me, this is the period of maximum memorization
From 14 to 16 - I write code: my projects or orders from the exchange do not matter much
From 16:30 to 18 hours - the same
From 19 to 21:30 - I also write code, only I do simpler tasks (subjectively in my opinion)
After 21:30 - I rest: I read manga, watch anime, TV shows, etc.
During breaks, I unload my brain - either I go to bed or solve some simple puzzles, such as a Rubik's Cube (in real life) or 2048 online. The main thing during breaks is not to think about tasks.

Evaluate your productivity at different times. This is individual, but usually after 18 it is lower. This is biology. In other words, to do the same job, you will spend more time and make it a little worse. Work your head in those intervals when it works productively. In those intervals when you start to "stupid" - switch to things where more arms and legs are involved. When you define these intervals for yourself, then you can already divide them into “work” and “personal needs”.

The main advantage of working from home is that you can dynamically adapt to tasks.
Working in the morning has a lot of advantages - the head is fresh, and everyone around is also working.
At work in the evening - the main disadvantage - in the evening ENTERTAINMENT comes. Movies, theaters, cafes, gatherings with friends, etc... Well, in any case, I judge by DC. Thus, there will be evenings and a lot when you have to choose - work or something else. Well, the head is no longer the same - as it is ... an hour in the morning is equal to two hours in the evening. Sometimes in the morning I look at what I've done in the evening or at night - and I'm horrified.
