Self-study or office work?

Former 1C nickname with experience. I left 1C and came to the Web, I work in the office. I feel that I am learning slowly, and the work does not contribute to learning faster, communication with colleagues only helps to solve current problems, the available educational material of the company is terrible (objectively, I have something to compare with).
It seems to me that if I quit my job and start self-studying (giving half of my working day to earn money with 1C (in order to provide for myself at a minimum), and the remaining 8 hours for self-studying), then in six months (maximum a year) I will be able to learn much better and faster all the theoretical material + fill your hand in practice, since there is something to pull up. And after that, on a new job to get a job in the office. I lose almost nothing in terms of money.
I have no illusions that I will still be a beginner, but it seems to me that with a stronger "base" I will be able to gain experience faster and enjoy my work more. But then again, maybe it's all a whim and it doesn't work that way.
What is the best way to learn faster? Most likely there is no unequivocal answer to this question, but if someone has gone through a similar experience, or you just have something to say, I will be glad to know your opinion.
