Temporary bug in Android smartphones HTC

Good day!
I am the owner of Desire Z (official Android 2.3.3 firmware) and have been suffering for a long time because of the following problems:

  • sms come in the past for an hour;
  • Google Talk messages come in the past by an hour;
  • synchronization of the built-in calendar and Google Calendar shifts events either an hour ahead or an hour ago.

I wrote to support, here is the answer: “We apologize, our engineers are working on a fix. Unfortunately, there is no information about the dates.

The purpose of this question is to find solutions to problems and / or expedite HTC's work on solving them.

PS There is a suspicion that the problem is related to the translation of time and changed time zones.

If the phone is rooted, there is a solution in the market - market.android.com/details?id=com.force.timezonefixer&hl=en

I had a similar problem with Wildfire S. I have two devices on hand - rooted and not rooted.
In both cases, the timezone bug was solved by installing a fresh stock firmware taken from xda-developers. Root is not required to install it. There are no OTA updates for my model so far.
