Does anyone remember the link to the story in the .doc about Japan?

One of the habrazhiteli posted it a long time ago, in the comments, where he described his impressions of being in this country, in the whole story - he posted it here on Habré, it seems, in the comments to some post: about their hard work, about the fact that the Americans are in Japan, a parasitic way of life, about the fact that the Japanese love and practically cannot act without instructions, on the example of that problem where it was necessary to fasten the camera and there was no suitable fastening (beam on which it could be attached) - I can’t find it. It was a great story, I would like to share it. :)

There used to be a podcast called " Japanese Policemen ". Also about the impressions of compatriots about life in Japan. The quality of the recording is not very good, but in general it is interesting.
