Does anyone know if UpWork has Russian technical support?

They froze my account, asked me to go through verification again (I need to throw off my passport and bank statement). Initially, I passed verification on the passport of the Russian Federation, and now I threw off my passport because they asked for a name and surname in English. The essence of freezing the account, supposedly I changed my name, although I did not change my name. I have already thrown off various bank statements, but they always don’t like something. Can anyone tell me where you can write and talk to technical support normally, maybe there are Russian employees? Help, I will be very grateful.

Russian technical support is not and should not be. Upwork is an American company and they speak English
