We all know or have at least heard that Domain Authority (MOZ) mainly depends on the quantity and quality of DoFollow links to a domain.
But what about in this case?
I read somewhere that DA is not precise (unlike TF=Trust Flow) because it is manipulable. But, I didn't think it was true.

What's so incredible about that? Maybe the domain has been dropped, all links have fallen off, the domain trust remains
