Does anyone know a good program for creating directories of video files with the possibility of adding tags?

Upon receiving the job, I got a large library of videos, starting in 2009. Need a tool for cataloging with adding keys to files for quick information retrieval.

Try Plex. It is aimed at films, but no one forbids you to fill in all the information about videos with pens.
