Docker volume create test doesn't want to create volume, why?

I write as usual docker volume create test, writes:

"docker volume create" accepts no argument(s).
See 'docker volume create --help'.
Usage: docker volume create [OPTIONS]
Create a volume

docker volume ls shows that such a volume has not been created yet, what is the problem that I forgot?
