Time synchronization of the host and guest OS does not turn off?

I did the following on the command line:

VBoxManage setextradata <YOUR_VM_NAME> "VBoxInternal/Devices/VMMDev/0/Config/GetHostTimeDisabled" 1

VBoxManage setextradata <YOUR_VM_NAME> "VBoxInternal/TM/TSCTiedToExecution" 1

In the guest OS,
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\VBoxService
in meaning
ImagePath
indicated
system32\VBoxService.exe --disable-timesync

And as a result, after rebooting the guest OS, the time is not synchronized, and after shutting down and turning it on again, the time is again taken from the host.
Is it really possible to solve it?

@fzfx

and whether time undertakes from a host? Is time synchronization with external servers disabled in the OS itself in the virtual machine?
