Why does GenyMotion hang?

Hello!
For android development I use Android Studio + GenyMotion.
Very often (every 5-6 launches) genymotion freezes tightly on Windows 10 x64.
I found a mention of my problem on stackoverflow (however, I still didn’t figure out how to fix the problem) -

I noticed that during genymotion freeze I see an exception in the Android logs Studio

:java.util.concurrent.TimeoutException: android.os.BinderProxy.finalize() timed out after 10 seconds

Who faced this problem and how did you overcome it?
PS update genymotion, virtualbox doesn't help

Is hardware virtualization supported? enabled in bios?
