Do you remember the name of the cloud backend?

Somewhere a couple of years ago, I saw such an enterprise thing, something like a visual business process designer, which then turns into code and works in a special backend cloud and generates an API for interacting with it. I only remember that this is a Russian development, that it is used in some banks and that the entire constructor is tied to "cubes". Very similar to all sorts of BaaS, like parse, only a few times cooler :)
Now I wanted to look at it, but the name flew out of my head. Maybe someone from my meager description will understand what I mean and share a link?
