Do you need an analogue of a bug tracker, but for personal tasks?
I'm looking for an analogue of a bugtracker, but for my personal tasks. Type:
Correspondence about XXX
xx.xx.xxxx: Sent a letter,
set the status: waiting for a response
if you did not receive a response within x days: show a reminder
received a letter: change the status
xx.xx.xxxx: Sent a letter,
set the status: waiting for a response
Issue resolved : close the ticket.
A list of actions by date should be available. It is desirable to work without the Internet (I do not see anything here for which the Internet would be needed).
Names of software with links to sites, please.
I looked at the built-in thunderbird, but in it the list of actions will have to be maintained manually. How is he in general?
etc.
For those who recommend online - how do reminders work there?

The functionality of any notebook with synchronization is enough.
The best in my opinion is Microsoft OneNote, available for all popular platforms.
Planfix works great. Correspondence in mail is displayed in tasks.
