What software to use for layout / programming (Front-end)?

Hello!
Thanks for answers. Now I use Sublime, Photoshop. I would like to hear from you advice on the choice of software that you yourself use. I need to cut layouts for layout, program in JS, etc.

Design - Balsamiq Mockups (well, and MS Word, where would it be without it :)
Slicing - Fireworks (Photoshop for correcting the resulting layouts)
Icons - ArtIcons (not ideal, I just bought it once) or any editor for PNG + any
SVG converter - Illustrator and Inskape
Pipette (just a pipette, not a combine) - EYE3 (lots of options)
Code - Sublime (I look towards WebStorm), sometimes Notepad ++, sometimes Excel for preparing data arrays
Local server - I used Denwer because of the ease of installation, I switch to Node .js
FTP client - Filezilla
Quick check on iPad, iPhone (iPod) - Electric Mobile Studio

Cut layouts - Photoshop.
Program in JS, etc. - Sublime.
In total, you already have everything :)

I advise you to start working with IDE, WebStorm , NetBeans, Eclipse ... anyway, sooner or later you will do it and regret that you did not do it now.
Work with node.js and start using all sorts of builders, Grunt or Gulp - there in the plugins you will find a lot of things that will help you in development (in conjunction with bower - download libraries, minify and compile code into one file, optimize pictures, use SASS, LESS , Stylus, Jade , etc.). There is another yeoman - but I myself have not used it yet.
I highlighted in bold what I use, but this is a matter of taste.

IMHO:
IDE
brackets - for quick projects (minify, coffee, less, autoprefixer and so on)
webstorm - for serious
sublime projects - neither here nor there (I don't understand why they choose it, I used it myself, I spat, DO NOT WRITE TO ME WHAT I CAN'T KNOW COOK)
Cosmetics
Photoshop (psd), Illustrator (svg), fireworks (vector layouts), Clip2Net (excellent Win+W eyedropper and screenshot tool with tips). I also recommend looking in the direction of visual editors with the issuance of code if technology and money allow, because they are mainly for poppy (avocode, brackets extract, sketch, etc.), as a simple cutting of dumb layouts with greetings from the 90s in the days of scalable graphics and nobody needs content orientation.
Server
XAMPP or any suitable option for your stack from bitnami up to MEAN
Git!

Brackets for js I think is a good fit (there is an integration plugin with nodejs, syntax highlighting plugins, plugins for various javascript goodies, etc.). In addition, since this is a program from Adobe, then probably it can be somehow integrated with Photoshop ... (there is also a good IDE LightTable)
